I have coal on my land (part of it is a reclaimed coal mine) There are a
couple of places in the woods where locals used to run shafts into the side
of the hill and make cooperative mines for their own use.
I have plenty of wood, especially oak, that needs to be cut. But this just
occurred to me, are there advantages to coal that I might want to mine some
of it for my own use?
