is at such a premium. Local water agency is trying to ramp down even us
minimal
users, and they're making another attempt at metering our private wells.
Going back to court next month.
I know I've made a lot of smart-aleck remarks today (still mourning George
Carlin) and asked a lot of questions...but I need to know whatever I can find
out about 'in-stream water rights'. I've googled myself silly and yet no
clarification.
