These goats always came uninvited and unexpected. The goat was standing in
goldenrod and plantain but hadn't the remotest clue that it was food. A goat
whose natrual instincts have been so completely thwarted does not reeducate,
at
least not without a great deal of investment in time, which we were not
inclined to lavish on a goat with few prospects. No one else (in their right
mind)
wanted it and the goatatericist was also convinced that all it would take was
a little reorientation.
