tvoivozhd "should" is meaningless---in today's society (and tomorrow's
too), mother doesn't stay home to watch and take care of the kids. So who
else can?---only the state.
The problems with education are parents who have higher priorities--in some
cases, survival, but in many cases just living higher on the hog. Only
parents can change education in a satisfactory way. They don't have to stay
home and homeschool, but they do have to make their children the priority
by being heavily and constantly involved in whatever form of education they
choose for their children. Visit classes, talk to teachers, call and write
to administrators and express your desires. Help with homework. Don't have
children unless they will be your top priority.
