I suppose that:
a. genesis 25:1 (past tense, pronomial prefix verb form?); and
b. isaiah 2:4 (future tense, pronomial suffix verb form?);
exemplify the two forms with "converting" vav attached as prefix.

the vav prefix converts pronoun prefixed verbs from future to past tense; and pronoun suffixed verbs from past to future tense ....
