From Greg, In the land of Cheese:

Just wanted to send out a reminder that the cheese department is still stocking packaged olives. We have  garlic stuffed olives,  olives with herbs, a country mix, and pitted and whole Kalamata olives.  Also, we are still stocking P/2 pestos. I hope everyone has noticed the all the American Cheese Society award winners that we are stocking.  I have signs noting which are ribbon winners, what place and what category. You should do yourself a favor and try these cheeses.

We have a couple of new additions to cheese island, but first lets welcome back some old friends.  Veldhuiezen raw cheeses are back.  Right now we are carrying their caraway cheddar, aged cheddar and gouda.  We will be adding their Redneck Cheddar and Paragon next week. I was lucky enough to try the Redneck Cheddar at the American Cheese Society Cheese Conference. It was love at first bite.  This week we introduced another cheeses, well two cheeses in one. The Duet is beautiful union of Graffton Village Farms 1 yr old cheddar and Faribault Dairy's (of Faribault, Minn.) St. Pete's Select Blue Cheese.   Eat it alone or on the top of a hamburger, or on top of a slice of cinnamon raisin bread.

Check out our “Staff Top Ten Picks” posted throughout the store, we work here and shop here!!!
