Yet another stable-rc update.

Starting from 0.62 chroot tarball I will include btrfs-progs as a
required spell, since this filesystem has become stable recently, and
it comes by default in many distributions as of distrowatch[0] info.

So 2 more spells have been added to our release template[1] --
btrfs-progs and lzo (required by the former). 0.62 release page[2] has
been updated according to this too.

It gives us 118 spells total.

Updated stable-rc tarball includes all those fixes mentioned on the
release page.

New chroot image based on 0.62 grimoire release will be out pretty soon
just after the release.
