Yeah, $SUBJECT ...
I don't know how, but I stumbled over this spell through libcap failing.
It found headers from linux-pam-headers but not the PAM library... thus
broke the build.

No idea why I had linux-pam-headers cast anyway, but looking at this
spell really raises the question if it should (still) be there.
Deprecate?

I think remove.
Seems only openoffice spell depends on it (LINUX-PAM-HEADERS) and it is probably from openoffice 1.0.1 (http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~tushar/hints/files/OpenOfficeFromScratch/).
