Actually, it's the other way round:
x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu 11,900
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu 3,590

A bit of a good news though: Broadcom wireless card in my laptop works with 64-bit Windows driver, ndiswrapper 1.1 and Linux 2.6.11.5, in 64 bits.
