We delete the ncurses.h provided by gcc, since the ncurses.h provided by
ncurses is the newer version, which we want. So I think the gcc spell
should take care of this, or have the ncurses spell delete the offending
ncurses.h by gcc.

Actually, I think both Duff and I are right, somewhat. The ncurses spell
should fix the problem, but it's gcc whom's offending us, by removing the
ncurses.h provided by gcc, this way, if a person doesn't want all of
ncurses installed, they still at least have the headers provided by gcc.
