I feel somewhat involved in this, after knowing frozen-bubble has been broken
for 6 months, last week I researched and found that SDL-sdlpl was only a
depends for frozen-bubble, no other spell used it. Frozen-bubble doesn't work
with the 2.X.X version of SDL-sdlpl, so because nothing else in the grimoire
used it I reverted it to the version that worked(1.2.0).
Lyon and I coresponded, he told me I had broken 50+ apps of his and I told
him
I thought it was fair to downgrade it because no other spell used it (his
apps are manually installed, not sorcery installed tracked) , but it could be
restored to the version that worked for all his manually installed programms
if he wanted. I also reopened the bug I had never been CC'ed on months ago
asking for thoughts from the original people involved(my intention was to
discuss whether or not manually installed programs took precedence over
grimoire spells, even if the spell is just a game).
Next I hear Lyon resigns.
I don't know if I am the straw that broke the camels back or not, but it
would
appear my actions didn't help.
Sorry Lyon, sorry smgl.
Where do we go from here ?
