JOEL SALATIN VISITING AUSTRALIA
INSPIRING 2-DAY WORKSHOPS ACROSS AUSTRALIA

outs of Joel's world-wide recognised strictly local, beyond organic and family
operated regenerative POLYFACE Farm ("the farm of many faces"). Joel will be
staging a series of inspiring 2 day workshops at the following locations on

Joel has obtained world-wide recognition for not only his innovative farming
practices, but also his commitment to re-localising food economies. He is a
champion of clean trustworthy food and advocate of the open gate farm policy
("don't expect, what you don't inspect").

He has been featured in two recent food documentaries, including the Academy
Nominated Food Inc. as the exemplary alternative to the industrial and
poisonous food complex. Besides being the author of 7 inspiring books on
farming, including "Everything I Want To Do Is Illegal", "You Can Farm", and
his newest, "The Sheer Ecstasy Of Being A Lunatic Farmer", Joel also
experienced wide spread awareness being featured in Michael Pollan's "The
Omnivore's Dilemma".

Joel Salatin is a farmer who truly walks the walk. An exponent of balance,
Joel’s family farm PolyFace has achieved remarkable success on multiple
critical fronts which explains his central involvement in the RegenAG Series.

Besides Polyface Farm’s exemplary status as a truly regenerative operation
(on countless levels), the Salatins also practice an infectious way of
regenerative living which has inspired their local community to put their
dollars (and faith) behind genuinely local profitable farms. Two days with
Joel Salatin will prove a life-changing experience. Don’t miss out.

Joel Salatin is a masterful speaker whose humour and positive energy
guarantees a rewarding workshop. Over two information packed days Joel takes
us through his entire family farm operation from the production of pastured
poultry (eggs, broilers, turkeys), salad bar beef, pigaerator pork,
forage-based rabbits & forestry products through to the relationship
marketing approach his family business has developed that has made Polyface
Farm the internationally recognised, and strictly local farm it is today.

If you are a farmer, understand your potential to renew and inspire your
local community through clean food. If you live in town, discover the power
you have to patronise your local farms and decouple them from wholly unfair
corporate forces. Help your local farmers transform their farms into
profitable and wholesome operations producing food you can trust. Become
instrumental in the conscientious transformation of the dangerously toxic and
destructive food production status quo towards the wholesome regenerative
model the Polyface Farms have proven wildly successful. With Joel you’ll
reveal the astonishingly obvious steps we all must take towards a future that
is beyond sustainable.

Act to regenerate your land, water & community.
