One way to get around legislation against milk processes (or not processed) is to have your own cow,
however this is not an option for many of us, In Australia there are now collectives or cooperatives that will mind your cow and milk it for you, you get the milk and process as you like.

Antonio,

I worked with skamcrete in Aceh a few years back.It was originally dubbed
Cranskam from the initiator Steve Cran of IDEP fame.Skam is Bahasa Indonesia
for rice husk.

The advantages are that it is a bit lighter in weight and it utilises a
resource that would be mindlessly washed down the river.Similar method to
ferro cement but we used woven coconut branch fibre instead.
