Located in the Hagerman Valley. With an elevation of 2,900 feet and located in the Snake River Canyon, it is very protected and referred to as the "Banana Belt" of Idaho! The canyon was carved 18,000 years ago by the great Bonneville flood, a massive volume of turbulent water that broke loose, creating an amazing and unique geology. We will also visit "Thousand Springs," which is quite literally a thousand springs and waterfalls draining from the Snake River Aquifer out of 200 foot high, vertical canyon wall...
