Dear Golden

I dare to presume that Bill would ask a question something like: "What kind of idiots ... cough cough ... I mean, bureaucratic bungling and incompetence ... would allow a city 2m below sea level to be rebuilt in a time when sea levels are rising due to global warming?" The answer of course: there is no answer, especially if one chooses to remain ignorant of the facts.
