Read a new article at The Botany Site, "Death by Slow Degrees," which
concerns plants and pollinators, especially rare plants with very
specialized pollinators. With many rare tropical plants it appears that
to save the plant, the pollinator must be saved too. Read the article
by going to the following URL:

http://botany.miningco.com/library/weekly/aa102997.htm

Along with the article is a review of book "The Forgotten Pollinators"
by Stephen L. Buchmann & Gary Paul Nabhan. To read the review, go to
the following URL:

http://botany.miningco.com/library/weekly/aa103197.htm

Follow the link at the bottom of this message to see what else is at The
Botany Site.
