Dear Nikki,

I hope you will not think of a book about your friendship with Walker Percy and the many stories and insights you have to share would be seen by anyone as your using WP to get your name on a book cover. Please give the matter further thought.

Have you folks taken a look at Walker Percy Remembered? There is a lengthy interview with James Boulware and one with me. You will find the book much more colloquial than eithr of the two bios. as for writing a new book, I have been busy writing but not on WP. I have always eschewed the idea of using my friendship with Walker to get my own work published, and that may be one reason why it hasn't been. Shucks.
