this is a new area for me...
Thought I’d look into it some more...

according to what I was reading, it would be best if we soured all grains.
I’m not sure that excludes heating after though, as in the case of sourdough bread.

and soured grains were mentioned.
I soaked some oats and left them out. Forgot about them actually. Smelled just like yogurt!

Tell me more. How do you safely ferment oats?
