Cool stuff, Bynum! That aligns very nicely with my observations. In my neck of the woods, I use Bradford Pears as my visual benchmark -- they typically "explode" on March 10th here (far northern Orange County, near the Person County line). They popped out this past week, so 2 to 3 weeks ahead is right on the money. It's nice that we are normal in our abnormality!
