Sounds like drones and this would make sense if you started this colony about a month ago.  It takes 24 days for drones to emerge.  Your unmated/poorly mated queen is a drone factory.

Today my weak hive had some huge bees going in and out - look like honeybees but HUGE, noticeably larger, maybe twice as big. They were also rather rude, just running over the incoming bees. Is it being subjected to a strong arm robbery? By what!? These aren't the drones are they? They look much bigger than drones to me.
