Folks,
The swarm is gone from the tree, last saw it at 8AM today when I
left for work. Got back home at 7PM and found lots of bees going
in and out my swarm trap up in a tree. Usually when there are
scout bees visiting the trap, one might see 3-4 bees at a time
when the sun is warming the trap only. Tonight it was nearing dark
one could see 12-15 bees in a short time, see a video at the
bottom of my page at
http://rlephoto.blogspot.com/2012/05/630-am-after-rain.html

Question is if indeed they did enter the swarm today it'll be
Wednesday before I can retrieve them and hive them. Will I have a
problem with the bees wanting to return to the swarm box if I move
them to the farm a half mile from here?

Cheers,
Randy Emmitt
