All,
If you are interested in helping with the Butterfly Bash at the Museum of Life and Science on Saturday, April 12, please let me know. We will be able to set up on Friday evening so it would be good to have some help then as well. The hours of the museum are 9-5 but the hours of the event are 10-4. You do not have to commit to the entire time. It would be great to have people who can come and give others breaks throughout the day.
So...here is what I need to know...if you want to participate, is it Friday evening setup and/or Saturday and what hours on Saturday work for you? Thanks,
David 382-3220

Jeff already replied, but I am available on Friday evening and Sat am as well. Also, I am sure you have talked to Uli, but I had emailed her with some questions a while ago, and I don't think I ever passed this on. So in case you need it here it is:

Becky

First - thank you for being part of the butterfly bash.

When will we set up?
We can set up that morning before 9, or the day before, if needed (for
the gazebo).

What time does the event start & end?
10-4 is the official time, but we have guests coming in after 9 and are
open until 5

Will there be a table provided or do we need to provide our own?

We will have tables for you, if you need (and chairs). Let me know if
one 8ft table is sufficient or if you need more.

FYI: we had pitched a sponsoring idea to Burt's Bees for the event. They
were very interested in your bee presentation and may want to join
forces that day in one way or another (maybe with their products/info on
a table next to the experts on bee keeping). They were particularly
hoping for you to help getting the message across with respect to
protecting bees and their habitat, and the sudden bee decline syndrome.
