As are St. Ambrose of Milan and St. Valentine of Rome
(http://www.catholic-forum.com/Saints/sainta07.htm)
I was always tickled with the St. Ambrose of Milan/Dr Ambrose of
NCSU/beekeeping connection. Perhaps Dr Ambrose could be the patron Professor
