They grow in almost all of the US (including Alaska) and most of Canada --
it is not too difficult to start from seed or roots.

Subject: [NAFEX] Canadian Nursery???

I'm looking for a Canadian nursery that sells chokecherry trees to
Canadians. A friend in Canada asked to buy chokecherry trees from me but
stone fruit trees are not allowed to cross the border. Do you know of a
Canadian Nursery that sells chokecherry trees whom I can contact online?

Thanks.
