Immediately get it out of the soggy media into one that drains more freely. Once repotted water with undiluted drugstore hydrogen peroxide (3%). He will want to prune the canopy by at least a third to balance the root loss. It may be too late already, but it's worth a shot.

My nephew has a improved dwarf Meyer's lemon tree. It's leaves are turning black and dieing. He thinks he might have had the roots too wet for awhile..

Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be and how to save it?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Kathy Brady
