Mark Angermeyer asked, "Anybody ordered from Bottoms nursery, located in GA?
Your experience with them? How about Hartmann's Plant company? Experiences?
Do they grow their own stock?"

I buy from Hartmann's Nursery. Their specialty is producing tissue
cultured plants for MANY other nurseries and their retail prices reflect
that. For most items, they charge (up to) significantly less than other
nurseries would charge for the same item.
Hartmann's has a practice that I don't understand: They have a retail
catalog and a wholesale catalog with mostly different plants in each.
Problems with Hartmann's? I ordered 100 of two varieties of a tissue
cultured plant. They only sent me fifty because the all other varieties were
too tiny for shipment. I thought the fifty they sent me were too tiny
because they were too small to plant out in the field. I had to grow them up
in my greenhouse and some of those didn't make it - I have twenty some still
growing going into their second Winter.
