If both conditions exist, simply move down the understock a few inches and cut a new four flap preparation, cut the scion back to green cambium and place back again and wrap again.

I'm so busy right now that I doubt I'll have the opportunity to attempt re-grafting those.  Fortunately, I think I've got bark grafts of all those that are flooding out already leafing, so if these 2 or 3 don't make it, I've not lost everything.
