Check with Michael Dolan of Burnt Ridge Nursery; he has grafted large-nutted
females occasionally.
As an aside, Marianne Edain of Frosty Hollow Restoration has told me of
grafted male ginkos switching sex. I myself have seen trees of typical
apically-dominant grafted male form bearing seed around Portland, OR....
