Well said Paul! The next step to learning is ASK QUESTIONS!! The only
dumb question is the one not asked!

I would like to thank Una Smith and Irv and everyone for their input here and
on the side bars! When I came to the site, Una invited me on board. Before
I was posting, I chatted with her by direct emails. She was very helpful.
Then when I finally came on board, people posted back and gave me input and
intersting things to go back and forth on. Each time is a learning
expereince...I take something new with me or to reveiw with me...then we
build. You have to start somewhere. Make each day a learning experience and
build your professionalism from there. We all started as ametuers and some
of us are still ametuers and maybe always will, but there is nothing wrong
with that as long as you grow. (Which, I would have to say is lesson #4)

So, listen, ask and learn!
