Fair enough. Remember don't assume (makes an ASS of U and ME); you
assume everyone knows to keep this stuff on their person, but in my
experience NOT everyone knows that. Consider how many tack catalogs
offer cell phone holders to be snapped to a D ring on your saddle.
Argh!

Details?! Are you using GPS-enabled data-capable cell phones, like
the ones taxi drivers are using so much these days? I wish we could
use those, but too many of our SAR missions are in terrain (such as
mountain canyons) where cell coverage is poor.
