Hi Andy

Here's a link to Woods End Lab "compost tea" page. Woods End has been a
leader in compost testing and analysis for many years. There is also a link
to the USDA "compost tea task force" which may provide some leads.

http://woodsend.org/analytical/microbiology/compost-teas/

Elaine Ingham and Soil Food Web used to have great resources and do analysis.
Those sites have changed a bit as the commercial / private end relationships
must be evolving.

Locally you may want to contact the Cornell Waste Management Institute. I
worked with Jean Bonhotal on a number of projects years ago and she'd likely
have some good ideas, leads, resources, etc.

Good luck
Brian
