I'm beginning to plan my first system using drip tape, and would like to know
what size and flow rates people use. I am looking at this chart at Dripworks:

http://www.dripworksusa.com/ttape1.php

a few specific questions:
--I understand the 15 mil tape is heavier, and likely to last longer. Is
there any other reason to prefer it to 10 mil or 8 mil tape?

--Flow rates range from 13 to 40 gph per 100'. What factors do you consider
when choosing your flow rate for, say lettuce or tomatoes? (In my case, I
live in the northeast, and will use the tape intermittently outdoors, and
steadily in the hoophouse.)

--Dripworks mentions adding removable misting lines to the row tape for seed
sprouting. Anybody do this?

Any help would be much appreciated.
