Washed and spun in a salad spinner, bagged in 1/2 pound bags, $4.50 per
1/2 pound, $8.00 per pound. Keep in mind that is retail, direct to the
consumer, relatively small amounts in any given week. No wholesale,
restaurant or 'large scale' sales.

We've been doing spinach for $3 for 1/2 pound bag. Yes, it flies out at that price. People who bought one last week buy two this week. And so on.

Alison - What is your wholesale price? In this area, restaurants usually pay retail for their local produce. (but orders are never large.) -Allan
