I use an ancient manure spreader I bought for 50 from a defunct farm in the mountains around here. It is a little slow in that it will only spread about 400 ln ft with one loading but it sure beats wheelbarrows. I load it with a front end loader and the chain drive and flail is powered by the wheels. It will spread about 1/2 inch per pass.

Hi Kris...I saw a spreader in the Northern Tool catalog..25 bushel...1600 pound capacity...that might meet your needs. About $900 bucks.  Franklin---
