Hi, Folks!

My garden huckleberries (the solanum type) are ripe. What are folks doing
with them? The mentally-challenged folks who help out at my community
garden were eating them raw (and LIKED them! :-0) yesterday; however, my
Seed Savers Exchange collegue says that eating them raw will give you the
runs (not something I really want to promote at their group home!)

If anyone has any good ideas and/or recipes, please post them! :-D

Thanks for the help!
