The promix is a good seedling starting mix no need to sterilize just use
cleaned trays, why not start a new batch of seedlings we have warmer
nights and higher light levels,they should be up in 5 days then
transplant into at least 2" cells, don't use compost in the seedling mix
that is a good source of disease remember that Pythium is a natural part
of all soils, but you can use the compost in the transplant mix, the
discoloring may be a result of excess soluble salts from your fish
fertilizer, try another seeding and don't over croud the seeds,Ill bet
they will do better...
