Hi Mike, Hardening off is not just for temperature but for acclimation to
wind and sun as well. I really do not great technique I just put plants out
of wind and direct sun for a few days I take them back in at night the first
few nights. Then usually one night I forget to bring them in, and they do
well, then I figure they are hardened off. Anyone with more technical
suggestions :). Beth
