or the Surgeon General's office. Nothing. There was exactly nothing about risks from oral sex or for that matter from bodily fluids. A sin of omission, but why would you expect otherwise from
such an administration. They could have done so much to prevent the spread of AIDS but I guess they hated the gays and kept silent hoping their numbers would diminish as the disease spread throughout their community.
