I made quite a few trips to Lower Manhattan through EWR (flying
Continental). I'd take the PATH to WTC. It was super easy. PATH will
also take you to 33rd street in midtown.

On the other hand, I've always wanted to fly JetBlue to JFK. Now that
they're putting WiFi on their planes, I think I have a new favorite airline!
