Hi Folks,

I wanted to pass this on and ***THANK** all of you for your help! Ray and
Jim volunteered to go Janine's house and help-- which was stunningly
wonderful!-- and Ray was able to solve the problem Saturday morning.

Thanks again for the email, calls, and offers of house calls! I'm sure that
if you need any Tech Writing help, Susan will be there :)!

Colleen

Successful router repair - Ray was very persistent and got both of our
computers working with wifi. We really appreciate all the support provided.
