<h2>Occupational Summary</h2>
<p>The
Technology Manager's responsibilities are two-fold, including team
management/leadership and hands-on development. You will have the
opportunity to both manage technical people and hack code to your

heart's delight. You will work closely with Account Managers,
Developers, and Executive Management. </p>
<h2>Key Duties and
Responsibilities</h2>
<ol>
<li>Manage and lead diverse, passionate
technology teams to successfully meet business objectives. </li>

<li>Consult on the technical feasibility, requirements, and budgets of
solutions with a diverse user-centered design team, including
Information Architects, Interaction Designers, and Web Developers.
</li>
<li>Collaborate with account managers to define schedules,
including resource planning and risk management. </li>

<li>Collaborate with programmers for full life cycle
development.</li>
<li>Assess new standards, technologies and
trends, and formulate strategies and plans for future Web site and
application enhancements. </li>
<li>Perform miscellaneous
position-related duties as assigned. </li>
