Um, I believe everyone's being calm here. Your suggestion was just - well,
not implementable. Apparently you don't get called much by telemarketers.

FWIW I do have caller ID and my friends who don't opt to publish their
numbers still get me to answer the phone (that ole Private Name Private
Number thing) when I know they're calling. it's most handy for checking
quickly who called instead of delving into voicemail-land when pressed for
time.

It's been a while since I got a telemarketer call to my house, though I
don't know what prompted that.
