RTI, International is seeking the fill the position of Programmer/Analyst 3.
The Programmer/Analyst will design and create web applications through all
stages of the development lifecycle. The Programmer will define
requirements, design underlying database and system modules, and develop and
implement applications. Duties include programming web applications and
database driven web sites, developing specifications and designs for
projects, designing, creating and administering databases in MS SQL,
creating web interfaces and sites with Cold Fusion, SQL and HTML, and
working directly with clients, including negotiation of scope of work and
definition of time and schedule estimates for projects.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems,
Computer Science, or other related technical discipline, or equivalent.
Three plus years experience of developing systems or web applications.
Experience with web/database integration, SQL, HTML, JavaScript and Cold
Fusion, ASP, or PHP. Experience with design of relational databases,
preferably with MS SQL Server. Visual Basic a plus. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Ability to work with little supervision and
manage own projects.
