We just received word from the NCREN NOC/MCNC that the problems with NLR that the statewide network experienced on Sunday have returned. They are working with NLR to find out why. As more information becomes available, we will pass it along.

Description of work to be performed:
Ncren Customers,

Our NLR connections to Washington DC and Atlanta GA are back up and
routing is again stable. NLR engineers have narrowed the cause down to a
routing problem in one of their core routers in Denver CO. They do not
forsee any more instabilities at this point.
