When running valgrind against a client app linking against ctlib that
uses cs_dt_crack you get uninitialised value warnings like this:

==32365== Conditional jump or move depends on uninitialised value(s)

==32365== by 0x553AFA6: __tz_convert (tzset.c:648)
==32365== by 0x4E3C451: cs_dt_crack (cs.c:840)

It looks like there is some old code in there that never got removed.

Thanks for the great library,
Mitch
