i've downloaded freetds-stable.tgz and tried to patch with post82.diff from sourceforge.. but it doesn't apply cleanly..

can't find file to patch at input line 1830
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?

freetds-0.82 has no src/pool/stream.c

if i skip this part of the patch, the rest patches ok (assuming we ignore the .cvsignore), but i get compile error:
