For some reason the deb package does not include tsql. I googled and
saw others asking the same question (with no response). My partial
solution was to build from source. The only problem I experienced with
that was that the odbc bindings do not build from not finding either the
iodbc or unixodbc sql*.h headers.

Your choices are therefore to have tsql or have odbc bindings, but not both.
