Hi-

The below enhancement was made to BCP to show the batches of rows sent
to the server during a BCP process - could this enhancement also be
applied to the BCP 'out' function as well? Currently, BCP out only show
the grand total number of rows copied.

Done and committed. freebcp will now print the same messages.
