I think you must be mistaken. It certainly works with the current code.


Try src/dblib/unittests/t0001.c. Run that with your database. If it
doesn't work, please send us the TDSDUMP log.

(t0001 won't fail if dbuse() fails. But check the log. If it works,
you'll see the message coming back from the server as a received packet.
As of tomorrow's snapshot, t0001 will fail if dbuse() fails.)
