Hmm. Where is the devel package? SourceForge as linked from the
freetds.org page doesn't actually have anything, and the CVS site
(again, as linked from freetds) does not even load.

I'll try grabbing the devel package then, since there appear to be some
quirks in the way yum installed in the first place.
